this describes the shock & hurt of a miscarriage & the amazing support of my friends
She sat in her bedroom alone and hurting,
Waves of pain, guilt, anger, fear, and hopelessness washed over, drowning her.
She had been 3 weeks into her pregnancy when she miscarried.
Her phone rang and the caller ID called out SPC Mike Holley,
She answered trying to hide her pain and said as cheerfully as she could hello.
He said "hey girl, I was just calling to check on you and see how you're holding up and to let you know I'm here for you no matter what the time is, just give me a ring and I'll be there in a heartbeat."
She broke and said "I'm doing the best I can, I'm pissed and angry and don't understand why this happened."
Tears streamed down her face as they said goodbye 40 minutes later.
She thought about how all her friends had been there the past week and she smiled realizing that they were only a phone call away. my
Through all of it they hadn't left her to deal alone though it still hurts that her child is gone and she can't bring him or her back they stuck by her side, they don't blame her for the miscarriage.
She sits in her bedroom but she isn't alone to deal with this for her friends and her guardian angel are always there for her.
