Dell charger problem and the best answer

i bought ahttp://www.laptopbatteriesinc.ca/laptop-power-adapter/dell/dell-inspiron-1545-ac... which has been working fine for 1+ year (no warranty any more) but one day i popped it in and it says "The AC power adapter cannot be determined. Your system will operate slower and the battery will not charge. Please connect a http://www.laptopbatteriesinc.ca/laptop-power-adapter/dell/dell-inspiron-1564-ac... higher for best system operation". first wiggling it around helped charging but now it does not help. rarely when i pop it in it charges but if i switch to another socket. BAM ! not working anymore. i need to fix my charger without buying a new one .... maybe some kind of software which will make the http://www.laptopbatteriesinc.ca/laptop-power-adapter/dell/dell-inspiron-1520-ac... realize that my charger is correctly plugged in and is 65W like it wants ?

There is no way you can fix a hardware problem with a software. Ever.

Over time they stop working as well as they used to (like humans and age). It used to provide 65 now its less (for example, 60). This isn't enough for the laptop to properly work and I would suggest you get a new charger as soon as possible.
