Poem about a lot of things.
A Father walks his daughter down the aisle
A year after his wife passed
His heart has suffered so much and yet today he is happy
They come to a halt and he turns to his baby girl
Leaning forward he kisses her smiling cheek
And softly whispers in her ear
Your mother would be so proud of you my dear
I want you to know
You are our beautiful breath

A mother looks down at her baby boy
with a smile that only mothers give
She lowers down her head to his
Inhaling that newborn scent
And presses her lips to his tiny forehead
Whispering softly
Goodnight my beautiful breath

A couple stands next to each other quietly thinking
Both of them never knew happy until they met
Slowly the man reaches into his pocket
Nervously feeling around for a ring
He spent months picking out
He turns and drops to one knee when he finds it
She lights up with a teary surprise
As he looks up into her eyes
The man says...
Since the moment we touched
You have held my heart
Being with you is a dream
I love you so much...
Will you marry me?
The woman looks down on this man she trusts and says...
"Of course I will, yes!
For you my love are my beautiful breath"...

An exhausted old man clutches his wife’s hand
As she lays still on the hospital bed
She looks over at him with the last minutes of her life
Hanging on the edge
With the strength of ten men he tries to hold back his tears;
He doesn't want her to see him weak even now
Knowing this she squeezes his hand with all the love she can
He feels her strength slipping away
So he closes his eyes slowly, then opens them to hers and says,
When we met 50 years ago I knew my life had changed
And since then I have only wanted you
Do not fear for I promise I will see you soon
And when the last breath leaves you
My beautiful breath will end too.
