Jefferson choppers was a young boy who had a very troubled childhood. He grew up watching his mother getting beat down by his abusive father, Jared C.Choppers. As far as Education, Jefferson was a straight A student who never got in trouble. To most people he was known as a "freak" , because he had a mishaped head and had BIG ol' eyes.
