A poem to my lost baby and a promise to my future ones. From Mummy x
To my little baby,

For only a few weeks we knew you,

And for only six did you exist in this world.

Had I known such a time with you would have been so short,

I would have died a million times over.

Every day I miss you,

But there is nothing I can do.

You were the best kind of shock in the world,

But unfortunately we didn't get the chance to meet you.

Both your mummy and daddy imagine your face,

And one day we will be reunited.

Every day we miss you,

But there was nothing we could do.

All we have left to offer now,

Is the hope that one day we will get another wish just like you.

I pray and hope we'll make good parents,

And no matter what, we think of you every day.

Every day we miss you,

But there is nothing we can do.

I promise you my lost baby,

We will not disappoint you.

And I promise you my lost baby,

I will always love you.

Every day I miss you,

But I'm sorry, there was nothing I could do.

I hope you hear this poem darling,

Where ever you may be.

And I hope you're somewhere happy,

Growing up, and being free.

Every day I miss you,

And I'll never forgive myself because I couldn't do anything.

One day we'll have another just like you,

And I know, had you survived, you would have made a perfect big brother or sister.

We promise to make you proud my love,

Your daddy and I will love all our children equally.

Every day your daddy misses you,

And every day we still move on.

Every day your daddy and I will love you,

But every day we still have to move on.

Until we see you my sweet little baby,

Know this for sure,

We will make you proud,

Take care of your siblings,

And up to, including and beyond the day we are all reunited somewhere,

Our love will know no bounds.

To my dear sweet baby,

I love you.

Lots of love,

Forever and regardless of time, space, dimension or theory.

I love you.

Lots of love,

Your Mummy
