Well these are just a few haiku-like poems kind of inspired by the 100 themes challenge. |
A soft yet firm handshake A gentle heart-warming smile Again we will meet A heart, its symbol Spread out in many places We all should share love Right in front of us In or out, we are blinded The power of light Darkness surrounds us Can it overcome the light? Don't let it grasp you The warmest embrace Some comforting words really Can help a person Not wanting to be Like everyone else, I Need to break away It would be so nice If I could meet you there when Peace and goodness reign Big eyes look up and Stare at you with a smile and You are truly glad Pushing you forward All you see is open road Don't turn to look back Drowning in the deep Nothing feels right around you You're longing for breath Things we sometimes put In the back of our minds we Pull out when wanted We have lost our minds To what, I don't really know Could it be pressure? To much to really Count, starvation, corruption There's never enough Spreading all the love Bringing joy to all people Always share a smile Finger to the mouth Not a sound, enough to hear A pin drop, silence So many questions So little time, what is this Life really about? Heavily flowing It saves and destroys our lives Why is it wasted? So many colors Allow us to all create Anything we want Drastically dull Depressing feelings and clouds Too heavy for us Many people lack The mentality to do What they really want The perfect place to Go, when you need to get away So you can relax The earth all around Natural things happen all The time, deal with it Sneaky and lazy But always love to play, these Furry, fun creatures Always running late The seconds are ticking by There is no more time Deep in the shadows Something is always hiding Watch out for danger |
