reflected, i see.
Slick, metallic
disappearing from me.
Caught red handed.
You look forlorn.
Its not your heart that’s pushing
Not your veins that are greedily gulping
Not your wrist that is steadily pouring
Forget me
I was nothing to begin with
And I am nothing to end with
So leave I am tired of this endless watching
Endless staring
Constant glaring
Your eyes slice cut
Forage
A path to my soul
Its unwanted this help
If I had wanted it
I would have cried out
Would have asked
I didn’t
Don’t assume the words are just left not whispered
Left unheard
I screamed
I shouted and you , your just to late
My voice is dead
So no I am not silently praying
Silently hoping for a savior
Turn your eyes
Sick of this torture
You look at me with disgust
For my apparent lack of strength.
My total lack of trying
Mirrored
In that slick metallic cold.
Reflections.
