twilight hours: a random story

Midnight in the garden of good and evil or was it daylight in the flowerpot of the strange and unused? I could never remember. There are times when I think that the world has already gone to hell and that humanity has de-evolved into some strange soup of daytime talk shows and tabloid press. I mean come on they blindly gorged themselves on easy money and self important issues all the while caring more about their little world than on the big picture. It almost makes you wonder what really moves the species forward. Ironically, their an irrational species that thinks rationally. If they even knew the truth, their heads would explode from trying to comprehend it. And if they didn't try, they would try to kill the messenger for "spewing false facts". The only real reason why I think that they will even be able to continue on is that they thrive in their environment and are successfully able to reproduce.

What do I know, I'm just a droid looking for his thrown out body parts in a dumpster....
