Hot Rain is a poem about the passion between two lovers and the memories of their love...
This rain of hot heat beats down upon my face
Sweltering, my heart begins to race
This rain, the rain of memories past
Things I would keep in my heart forever and at last
A moment in time, in space and over the seas
My pulse begins to quicken with the breeze
Softly now we meet too soon
Underneath a crescent moon
A fountain full of misty air
As the scent of lilacs ripple through your hair
Quickly now, we've caught a mind
To love and live, our lives are forever intertwined
Our love is momentous, it lights the sky
The color of gold begins to fill your eye
Calmly now the sea tides ripple
But my fire for you could only triple
No love to great or small
Shall come from ones who love at all
