This poem "Weeping Voices" is a manisfestation of out flow of grievances from Liberian .
I
Time has long past,
But time we ever look to,
Memories filled with horrors of an unjust war,
Disgusted and ruined.
Hearts blurting with hurts,
Deep in agony, strain in pain.
Innocent blood was spilled.
The weeping voices echo; it was needless!

A nation torn apart,
In filthy rage, wastage and pillage,
In the strides of unremitting vengeance,
In the drapes of crude brutality,
In the flushed magnanimity of selfish greed.
These are men lavishly muting d-e-m-o-c-r-a-c-y
And cunningly professing l-i-b-e-r-a-tion for the people!
What a dubious irony! The weeping voices holler.
