Poem. Escape. Rebuild. Create. Destroy. Replenish. World. Intercepting.
A New World Times You
By Scarlett Claw

You grasp with your hands and you feel with your mind.
You make a constant trip forward with failure behind.
An overall world intercepts with your own.
Maintaining its threats so you keep in their zone.

It’s not just one essence that inhabits your life;
You’ll find that it’s more than just anger and strife.
This overall world said to shape every field,
Is just a blank page itself, just never revealed.

It takes no time or thought to discover,
An overall world seems powerful than any other.
But this is but another false face on the prowl;
This controlling world is just weak and afoul.

Changes can be made and wounds can be patched.
The chisel is thrown far, only for us to catch.
But will people accept?  Will they rearrange?
Does dyslexia in their view bring you out of range?

This overall world can be made anew,
By any one soul, the tools are in you.
With the world in your mind as support,
The overall world has one final resort.

But will people accept?  Will they rearrange?
Turn your back on their frown, and believe in the change.
Hold up the chisel you caught that is your world,
And face the marble that is your bind.
Carve, cut, and hack to form the shape in your mind.

The overall world is now rubble at your feet,
At the site where you chanted “dream and repeat.”
You gaze at the new world that you have made.
Happiness floods you; glad you followed your own serenade.

This distasteful world has been leveled by you,
And now you can live in it, begin life anew.
But you can’t call it your own; something must be done.
By making this new home you have left the old one.

You see you’re alone in a vast world anew,
But don’t  fear loneliness, and it won’t appose you.
Be calm and shed off your dyslexia to human view,
And you will find friends, not old but new.

With newly formed friends to help shape the plains,
Your doubt will be vanquished, with very little remains.
But the new overall world is dependant,
On what you yourself have put in to defend it.

Enforce your mental world with all your heart,
And this sanctuary will play its promised part.
You may find a home in this eternal expansion.
Find the part in you that no one can shun.

Can you grasp it?

Can you feel it?

Can you sense it in any way?

‘Cause it’s there

A whole new world

Multiplied only by you.
