He never knew God at all,
Morality far astray,
Consequence little call,
Just living from day to day.
Someone or something hits a nerve.
It's too easy to go the wrong way.
Innocents get what they don't deserve.

Someone of weakened faith,
Trying to live by God.
Materials tempt you everyday.
Living pure seems to cost a lot.
Unpunished gains start to hit a nerve.

An angel has led the way.

The spirit touches souls till something starts.
