This is a descriptive poem describing the night.
Cesestial bodies in the heavens above
filled with ever and lasting love
small lights dying in the middle of the night
birds' wing flapping as they learn to take flight
Cricket chirping as the lights go out
you can hear small animals moving about

Green lights stringing through the night
Feel the cold as it begins to bite
Snow falling all around
Falling softly on the ground
a light pink glow casts its light
as the aurora begins to fight
Colors weaving, in and out
The light they cast all about

Darkness cast by the trees
snow falling on their leaves
Branches swaying to and fro
as the wind begins to blow
the needles fall on the ground
darker specks all around

A moose walks out,
the trees she shakes
footprints in the snow she makes
the bushes rustle here comes her calf
the branches bent down in her path
down they go into the snow
bending down their heads so low

This is the night
Dark and cold
wise and old
Centuries passed
but night still lasts.
