Chapter Three: Guest “Art cannot be learned, it is understood.”
It is getting late and The Clan Lady is so nice, she offered to let me sleep in one of her guestrooms in the palace. As I came to the room, I was in awe by the magnificent of one room. its big enough to accompany a giant, it have a hot spring with a opening for the clean rain to refill the spring, the bed is made by the tree’s roots and leaves, and it is like being in a house than a guestroom. I saw a second bed, I began to wonder if I going to share this room with another person. I heard the thick grass door opening and I spin around to look at my potential roommate. A woman enters, pink hair, angelic body, few parts of her body is armored, bracers, breastplate, boots, her swords gleams by the light reflected off the hot spring, and under her armor is a purple and dark blue gown. I don’t know why she would wear a gown under her armor during combat, my guess it is for a charismatic power. As she passes by, I saw an emblem on her shoulder plate, it look like a sword with wings, in front of the sun. “Which Clan you are from?” the woman asked. “Me? I’m not in any of the Clans. I’m from Tyria.” I responded. She sit down on one of the beds then lay down on it. I began to wonder how did the people of this land got here in the first place. Are they originally Tyrian? I look back at the woman. “Who are you and What Clan you are from?” I asked. “I’m Myasha Angelicfist, Daughter of Clan Lord Spikesword and current heir to my family Throne of The Immortals. I’m from The Spikesword Clan.” the woman answered. Daughter of the Clan Lord, so she is the princess, but judging by her armor and the twin swords, she is not the average Damsel In Distress type of princess. Suddenly I heard Classic and the armored guy in the hall. “Yeah! Yeah! Dwarf Toss!” the armored guy yelled. Then I heard a crash in the hall. “Ow! You missed on that toss!” Classic shouted to the armored guy. I expected that they are drunk and think that they are in a dwarf toss competition. Myasha goes to the door and yelled, “Xaeriar! Do you know what time it is?! You supposed to be with Ari!” The armored guy runs off to see Ari. Myasha walks back to her bed. “Sheesh! What’s next? Classic fell in our hot spring?” Myasha mumbles as she goes to sleep. I’m guessing that she knew Classic, what's so special about a drunken perverted dwarf like Classic anyway? The Clan Lady knew him, the armored idiot knew him, and even the princess of The Spikesword Clan knew him. I think that they knew him thanks to his “wound checking”, not sure about how the armored hulk knew him, I guessed they ran into each other and Myasha sent him to kill Classic for “wound checking” her. I got to get some sleep, I’m going to need the energy so I can scorch Classic’s butt if he wants to “wound check” another princess. The sun shines through the roots and onto the hot spring, unfortunately for me, the spring reflected the sunlight directly at my eyes, I fell of my bed while covering my eyes from the unwelcoming bright light. Myasha however, woke up as she heard me screeching in blinding pain and hit the ground. My vision returns and I was at a kissing distance of the clean stone floor. “Seems you found a boyfriend, even though he is too big and too hard for you.” Myasha joked. I turn to her and found her already in the hot spring. I get undressed and get into the hot spring quicker than Myasha can take a look at me. I realized that she had been in fights and I do not mean a slap fight or fighting for a boyfriend type, she looked like she had been in bar fights and the battlefields, yet, she did not bear any scars, which tell me that she had help. “You got people who will fight you? Since you are The Clan Lord’s Daughter after all.” I asked. Myasha lets out a hysterical laugh. “Fighting for me? They actually fight with me.” She answered, acting like I just made a joke. “Who fought with you?” I made a follow up question. “Ariana, Reni, Xaeriar, Jenna, Lunaria, Kalasto, Gambrick and Classic.” Myasha listed. When she mentioned Classic, I now know that it was coincidences that The Clan Lady, the juggernaut and Myasha knew him. I wonder who is the other four, Reni, Kalasto, Lunaria and Gambrick. But the real mystery for me is Classic, what is his real name, what with the name, Classic Rogue? A root sticks out of the wall and acts like a communicating device. “Clan Daughter Spikesword? Can I join in?” a voice asked. I recognized the voice, it is Jenna! Myasha invites her and she comes to the hot spring with me and Myasha. “You know that you can stop calling me that. Do you?” Myasha reminds to Jenna. “I know, I’m used to calling you by the title.” Jenna responds with a smile. We relax in the hot spring as I listen in Jenna’s and Myasha’s conversation about their adventures. Myasha said that Xaeriar always had a grudge towards Kalasto because Kalasto has a nickname called, The Skeleton King. Jenna said that Classic played a prank on Gambrick by using red dye in Gambrick’s Holy Water, but later on, Gambrick made him carry his stuff like his pack mule. So, I learned very little about Kalasto and Gambrick, but if Myasha came along after I met her companions, I’m bound to meet the rest later on. We are done bathing and got dressed, and then we head to the banquet hall where Ariana’s Throne Room is at. The banquet hall looks like it is part of the tree, roots formed the chairs, bark made as tables, cloths and napkins is a thick and hard to break leaves, along with it, and the room can change like it rearranging the furniture. Classic sits on one of the root made chairs and the chair rises on its own, even reshaping to make Classic comfortable, like once Classic sat on one of them, that chair became his servant.  I saw some gold on parts of the “furniture”, but it is just very thick tree saps and sunlight to make it look golden. The Clan Lady claps her hands twice and large creatures of wood and twigs, tied together by flexible roots, came in with plates with its eight adaptable arms. The eight armed wood giants sometimes remind me of the huge spiders during my field trip through a catacomb, uggh! “Who is coming?” Classic asked. “None other than your uncle, Classic.” The Clan Lady answered like it is funny. Classic looks like he had a verbal fight with my mother, a long, loud and down-to-the-last-breath argument. I suspect that his uncle is a dwarf like him, born and grown in the mountains like they are born miners. A guard enters, followed by a dwarf. The dwarf is donned in a colorful and bright robe that covered his chest and down to his ankle. On his back is a large hammer made from a strengthened marble stone. “Clan Lord of The Stonehammer Clan, The Shining Heart of Mithril City has arrived!” The guard announced. So if this dwarf is from the Stonehammer Clan, so did Classic, Classic could even be his heir! They do look almost related of course. I came over to Classic and about to ask him. “Why are you looking at me like I’m a Clan Son?” Classic interrupts as I about to ask. “Umm... Classic? Are you a Stonehammer?” I asked carefully. Classic begins to laugh and while he laughs, he fell off the chair, still laughing like it is a joke. “A Stonehammer Clan Kin? Like a Mountain Shield Dwarves? You are killing me! I’m a Shield Dwarf, yes, but I’m born in The Ryouku Territory and raised by Nymphs.” Classic explained as he laughs so hard, he was rolling around. Born in the forest?! Raised by Nymphs?! That is a very unlikely tale! There are no Nymphs, I haven’t even seen any of them! Clan Lord Stonehammer puts his hands and gets my attention, seeing that I don’t believe Classic. “Don’t go there, you might make him a one shot enemy to you.” Clan Lord Stonehammer warned me, and then finds a seat. Everyone, including me starts find our seats and waits for a banquet.
