Random thoughts of the day, complaints, interests, whatever I feel like.
The place for my thoughts.

I worked from 7am to 3:30pm yesterday. My, was I tired after that! I had to learn a new menu for breakfast. Then we had a power outage and all our machines and computers went down, took us about 15 minutes of standing around to be able to start again. Then our shake machine started exploding chocholate shakes. And our fudge froze. Then we ran out of 5s for change. Oh, and we had only 8 out of the 20 scheduled people show up for the lunch rush. Not the best of days. Anyways, I'm going to be scheduling specific times in my schedule to sit down and write once I start classes. I'm going to have very long days on Tuesday and Thursday at my community college. On Tuesday I start at 9am and finish at 9:50pm. Thursday finishes at 7:15pm because I don't have lab then. I get to start that next week. Great fun.

I am extremely infuriated right now. I glitch in the programing of the popular online game Runescape caused me to lose an incredible valuble item. This item is one of the most expensive items in the entire game, and took me literally hundreds of hours worth of work to gain. And then one stupid glitch in the game caused me to lose it. &*#$@%%*&(*&^#*^*($&@(^*$#&*@#%&#%*&@%*^%@^*#%$%@!%&#@$!&%#^%*(#^@%&*@#^%*&@%^^$@!%$^*(#@(%*&#^*%@)*(^#*&$@!*^%*&#$^@%$&*#%#&@^%)$#^)%&@#^)$^_#@%^@&*$^@#%_@$@+^@&^$*_#^%*@^$_#^_%#@+$&!_*%&_*%^)#%^+^_^_#^^_^(!$!$@%$%%^(*())($_@_(^%~@^^(%@%^(*$@&(*#_&#)(*^@)^%~(&*@%^()$&*()~@&*()#_&~@*%(*_~@)^($)^(~%^(~@$&*(__&@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll probably delete this in a couple days, but that felt good.

I"m heading to lake erie this weekend, so I'll be gone until Monday. (one of the five great lakes of USA, above Ohio). My skating partner's family has a cabin on one of the islands in the middle of the lake, so the family goes up there once in a while.

My book, The Crystal, is going to be listed in the weekly newsletter, which I hope should get a few more people to check it out. I'm constantly looking for reviews and suggestions to improve my work. I have some more to add to it once I get back from the island, and I plan to try to write some while we're there.

I'll be back in a couple days,

God bless all,

Thanks yesterday to fictionkid for giving me a very helpful review on my book The Crystal. I got some very helpful hints. I have a couple more pages finished in my journal to type in when I feel like it. I've mostly been editing today, checking my spelling, spacing out the paragraphs, and putting thoughts into italics. This should make it a little easier to read. I'm still looking for any reviews I can get, but if you do review, please make it helpful and critisizing, I can't do anything with a happy and complimenting review. If anyone has some good hints about how to get more exposure for my work without spending too much, please send me a message.

The big thing that happened today was an anonymous upgrade, allowing me to put my main item, The Crystal, into book form. Sadly, it also means that I am going to feel obligated to actually do more writing. I'm really not sure how long it's going to be. As I've said to multiple people, I'm suprised myself at what I'm writing, I really have no idea what the characters are actually going to do next. I'm working on trying to develope the characters into well rounded people, but other than that I'm pretty much just letting them run free. Some more avid readers, especially of mythology will notice that I've taken many names from sources such as those. I've especially drawn on Norse mythology for good names. Some of the minor characters may recieve name changes soon, as I want to try to make more authentic names, probably using Old Norse for my language base.

I need to add some more to the Crystal and then go take a shower, as I just got back from the gym.
