this is just one of my thought's of an evening
Life is an amazing enigma that should be embraced and enjoyed. However, there are those who are less fortunate and see it as a constant struggle and battle to survive. Yes, I understand that it is hard for me to fully relate to those with misfortunes and problems. I do not intend to make out they are trivial and brush over them with ‘oh you / they will be fine’, because it is not true

Everyone deserves happiness, so those of us who have the ability to make changes in some way through some form, do it. There are many ways to make people feel appreciated and here are 3;

1) Smile
2) Open doors for people
3) Help those people across the road that appear to be struggling.

…..these are small tasks to you, but they mean the world to the receiver.

We should treat everyone equally without discrimination, racism and stereotypical comments or actions. It angers and upsets when I witness or hear of anyone who thinks that is hard, clever or funny to use these against people at their emotional expense. Some of the words used against people of today are terrible and in some cases horrific. What do they gain from it?……..nothing!

Here is a small extract from one of the most inspirational songs I have heard of;

“Just for today, I will not worry about what tomorrow will bring .I put one foot in front of the other and keep on moving forward. I don’t know what’s gonna happen, but that’s alright with me. I open up my arms and embrace the mystery” = By India Arie from the song ‘Just for Today’

So, everyone is special! Everyone is equal! Keep smiling and let no-one bring you down!
