Sojourn of MY

When I close my eyes, my mind opens.
When I see nothing, I can see anything.
My Imagination takes me places I'll never see,
and meets people I'll never know.
My Imagination has a billion dollars,
and no loss of things to use it on.
My Imagination is my escape,
for in daydreams I'm never alone,
unless of course, I choose.
I see endless possibility in the travels of my mind.
But then I open my eyes, and reality floods through.
So now the only thing I've left to do,
Is make my daydreams come true.
