A Couple Of Poems

Leaving you.

Darkness engulfing every thought,
Every feeling ever caught,
Please release me from this place,
This hell on earth, just in case,

I can’t do this anymore,
Every second I am sore,
Slowly dieing my body’s broken,
My sole and mind have spoken.

Release me now so I’ll find peace,
When will all this chaos cease?
Before I go I’ve a message I’ll send,
Now bring me closer to the end.

Peace is found, goals realised,
Looking at these lifeless eyes,
Torment is over, suffering’s ended,
My message is sent, mistakes are mended,

I’ve gone beyond what you can see,
Respect and loyalty is the key,
Rest assured we’ll meet again,
At the end of all the pain.

Thank you for being there every day,
If I needed you, you were there to stay,
I am sorry I couldn’t hold on,
One more day to help you along.

Love.
We'll be together to the end,
‘Coz you’re my very best friend.
I will love you forever more,
Even when you walk out that door.

We lie together on the bed,
And speak of things that are best said.
I love the fuzz on you’re face,
And on you’re chest that is the case.
I will love you forever,
My small, my tiny little Pepper.

Love Bites
Where would we be without love you ask?
we’d be years ahead on a different task.
Flying cars and wombat poo,
are just some to name a few,
of the things we could make,
if love weren’t here like a nasty cake.

Bitter sweet is the song you’ll sing,
if your boy or girl friend gives you a ring.
A ring of binding, freedoms end,
Love bites so tell a friend.

Release
The world is crashing, coming down,
life has fallen, on the ground.
Crushing hopes and dreams alike,
don’t know how much I can fight.
I’m slipping away, catch me now,
Or let me die, ‘coz I know how.
How much longer can I fight?
Slipping away into the night.
All the peace and love not war,
Where is it? it is no more.
Let me go away from here,
Do not cry, shed no tear.
My will is gone, so let me go,
Please I beg you don’t say no.
I need to get away from here,
Release me not from this place,
Or you’ll have doomed the human race.
