Fisherman's Memorial Fountain Apr 09 2018 at 1:24am EDT There's no information about this on the web, other than it's name. It's a beautiful small fountain that sits on the side of the road as you drive to the Port San Luis Pier. This pier essentially sits at the bottom of the road that leads up to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, a short 7 mile drive from the gate.
