Pump House, Alaska Gold Mine, Jan. 2014

Closed and unused in today's world, this was the pump house for a nearby Gold Mine. This actually housed just the suction point from the bay, the pumps were on the shore. The water was pumped to the mine and used in the sluices to separate the Gold from the non-valuable dirt and such.
