Letter from the editor

Guard your heart

Emotions, they are a part of humans, as long as we have feelings, we are capable to have emotions. This may sometimes create an impression of us to others.

In the writing world, where romance writer is expecting to be versatile in holding emotions so that the piece of writing may be shown to readers not only in a tale-telling manner but more on the expressive manner.
Romance writer can easy to manipulate their characters, especially in bestowing to the characters the emotions that may need in the plot or enhance the scene in the story but sometimes when we just awarding more emotions to our characters the piece of writing or romance story may become over-emotional to our readers.

Too many emotions may sometimes block and mislead our readers what is really the truth on it and can make the piece of writing to be un-interesting.

Same as in our real lives, sometimes we forgot too to lock or guard our emotions, and we may do things that at the end we regret that we have done it already, that caused others to hurt and offended.

How many had been broken-heart, regretting at the end for not guarding their heart or emotions?
How many ended up that starts first a good relationship, but it worn out at the end.

Because we should be the one to control our emotions but we are already the one whose been controlled by our emotions.

Yes, humans are weak, but our brain or "will" was located and placed above our hearts stating that hearts or emotions should never control us.

God knows the trouble that we will face if we let our emotion to control us, so there in His words from the Holy Bible taught us a way on how we can overcome this-
through guarding our hearts.

Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life~ Proverbs 4:23

In other words, one should put in mind that our hearts should its main aim and purpose is to be a source of life. We should not let it be used to be the root or the source of anger, envy, and hatred.

We should take control of our emotions, we are the one to take control of it, not the emotions is the one that will control us.

When emotions will arise especially if it's a bad emotion we should, therefore, think it, if that emotion, especially when expressed into words may edify or hurt the recipient.

We should guard our hearts by storing good thoughts and let love to be poured on it, because the heart main purpose is a wellspring of life.

The heart gives life, encourage, support, enlighten, inspired and pour love to others, especially if that other is our loved-ones.

When we awarding emotions to our characters, we often give a thought, if that emotions are a need and may benefit for the improvement and enhancing the story, but us who are in the reality, we are not those characters in the story that has been awarded and manipulated by these emotions, we have the "free will" that God let us have, to choose and decide.

So, try to guard your heart my friend before exploding an emotion, especially if its emphasize into words, targetting your loved-ones. We can't already rewind time.*Heart*

Thank you!

I normally just delete these newsletters. This time, your title on our purpose caught my attention and I decided to read it. It was exceptionally well written. I understood your arguments quickly and agreed with all of them. You did a wonderful job of explaining everything, which made it even more enjoyable. Thank you for writing this work that is going to give glory to our Lord.

To God Be All The Glory

I just read a piece from a writer complaining to God about his supposed failures. He lamented that if God were all powerful he'd not have allowed all the horrible diseases and deaths of children, etc. I had to close the rant and step away from the computer. Now All I can say is; This guy must be the perfect father with perfect children. I wonder.

I'll try to do my best to answer this comment of yours, through His guide.
First, sin follows curse, it was already stated in Genesis,., and sin can be Generational Curse -Number 14:18, - it says sin will be until the third and fourth generation.
God is not the one who gave us these horrible diseases or any misery- the words found in Job, instead, He is the One who can help us and cure our diseases and sicknesses, the answer of all or the solution of all is through our Lord Jesus-Christ.
Though sometimes God allowed misery, but He will not forsake and leave us (Deuteronomy 31:6)- and everything He does is for our betterment. (Jeremiah 29:11)
It would be better if we should know Him, seek Him, and keeping, trusting all His promises it would make us be more strong and have faith in Him that every battle that we face in this corruptible world is not for us, but it's for Him. (Exodus 14:14)
