Why do YOU Love WDC?

Two years ago this month, WDC officially turned a teenager, complete with all the changes of teenager-hood. Back then, I asked all of you to write in and tell me why YOU love WDC. This year, WDC turns 15! We are growing and maturing by leaps and bounds, just like a teenager comes into his own in high school. As is my annual tradition, I'd like to share why I love Writing.com.

I love Writing.com because it is always there when I need it. Whether it is a random day of the year when I feel like writing poetry, or October, when I'm ready to prep for NaNoWriMo, I can always count on WDC and its members to critique my work and cheer me on. WDC has helped immensely in my journey to becoming a published author. WDC has brought me love, and it has brought me heartbreak. I have met more than one friend here, people who I can trust with my secrets. I have met several in person, including Jedi Moose Author IconMail Icon and Waltz Invictus Author IconMail Icon, and others I feel like I've known for years, although I've never met them in person, like Storm Machine Author IconMail Icon and Mumsy Author IconMail Icon. Writing.com is like home; no matter how far I stray, I can always come back to it.

Once again, I encourage you to tell me how you fell in love with this site! How many years have you celebrated anniversaries with this site? How did you discover it? What people, events, and features keep your relationship with WDC strong?

Please fill out the form below *Down* to provide your feedback. I will include some of your responses in my newsletter next month!
