Letter from the editor

NaNoWriMoPrep

The time to write 1,667 words per day for a month is drawing near.

During the month of October, you have three choices.

One: Get ready for NaNoWriMo with the help of the many prep activities offered by your fellow members. Now is the time to sign up for those. Find them below in the editor's picks.

Two: Become a cheerleader for those who are preparing for their one month writing marathon by helping out in one of the prep forums.

Three: Stay out of the way of the NaNoing crowd. This does not excuse you from writing! There are plenty of contests that vie for your submissions right now, in October, and November. Your job is to make sure the hosts and judges of those contests and activities don't feel left out.
