The Challenge #1

One of the questions I asked you when I started this newsletter was whether you would be open for an occasional challenge. Those who replied, replied with an absolute yes! This will be the first of several challenges - I look so forward to seeing what you have to offer!

The Holiday Fight Scene
Top Prize: 5,000 GPs
All Entries: Newsletter "Editor's Picks" Section

We have officially entered the holiday season. So many holidays, traditional and religious, are coming up. Your challenge is to write a comedic action/adventure appropriate fight scene happening in a room decorated for one of the upcoming (or even today's) holiday. The holiday decorations should take a prominent role in the fight, as weaponry as otherwise.

A few newsletters ago, I wrote a newsletter about fight scenes. Refer to it, if you need to, for tips! "Action/Adventure Newsletter (September 5, 2012)Open in new Window.

Part of this is following the instructions, so here they are. It is very simple:

1) Make sure you save your scene as a static item.
2) Submit your scene via the boxes at the bottom of the newsletter. (Not the reply box, but the Submit to the Newsletter box.)
3) Be sure it is just a scene, and not a whole story.
4) The rating limit is 18+
5) Have fun with it!

Those are the only rules. *Smile* All submissions will be featured in my newsletter next month, and I hope to hear from you!
