About This Newsletter

Have you ever thought about taking a class to touch up on your writing techniques? Whether it be grammar, spelling, sentence structure, plot, character building or more, there are many classes to help writers. The questions remain, where do I find these classes, and how much am I willing to pay? Listed below is a well written article that covers these questions with wonderful clarity and vision. This edition of the newsletter will cover a few of the groups or classes being offered here at Writing.com. Through the classroom like setting, attending one of these sessions could be the activity you are needing to help enrich your writing experience.

Charter the seas, as you actively navigate the site through interaction with class members. Guided by your captain, and classroom teacher, hidden coves of wonder become known islands of enrichment as you learn the map and how to navigate the corridors of Writing.com.

Stop off at the Punctuation Station, and board the train for the expressway to learning punctuation basics in writing. Excluding the use of commas (featured in another class exclusively), have fun with this adventure in how and when to use those tricky periods, dashes, ellipsis dots, question marks and more.

With many different lessons to choose from, aspiring authors can decide whether they wish a basic lesson, or a full ten part course. Personally paced courses designed to allow for better comprehension and learning. Worksheets and quizzes add to the teaching of these courses, which will also include some punctuation, such as commas.
