Happy New Year 2025!
May your New Year be happy and your goals inspiring.
A few days ago I read an article about nine spiritual goals for the New Year. I'm not going to list all nine of those goals, but I'm going to list a few of the more concrete goals.
The first goal concerned gratitude. It suggested an individual set aside time in the morning and evening to give thanks. I'm not sure that it is always necessary to do both morning and evening, but at least one time a day is good.
The second goal was about meditating. The article suggested setting aside a specific time to meditate. I usually meditate at night before going to bed. However, each individual should choose a time when they are not distracted.
The third goal concerned reading the sacred scriptures. I'm going to modify this by suggesting reading something positive or inspiring.
