*Laugh*
Laughing is fun and according to science can decrease stress and raise endorphin levels. Not long ago I came across this video on Laughing Yoga and could not help but join in and laugh. There are now thousands of these laughing Yoga groups. I am now wishing there was one nearby. How incredible that laughter is contagious and can be health building!

It takes 10-15 minutes of loud and hearty laughing from the diaphragm to get health benefits.
Dr Kataria says that laughing at jokes is not enough and there is Not much in life to make us laugh. The idea is to find the laughter from within. I really liked his example of how children laugh from whole body and do not really have to know what is funny or not. We often laugh from the mind, and have to be able to know what is funny. It does really feel different!

I have worked with body mind connection so I know how vital the links are. We have often left the body out of the equation in this mind driven world. No wonder we are stressed. If the body gets laughing, over time, the mind will get it and stress can be less.

The art of laughing and science of breathing allows more oxygen in the body and with it we can avoid getting sick. I know with meditation and clearing negative energy from the body can add to health. This activity looks like it could be even more fun.

so if you want to have a bit of fun and raise your vibes, listen to this TED talk as there is a little laughing exercise to do.

and his early morning laughing lesson made me laugh!!

It reminded me of one of my favourite scenes in Mary Poppins. Don't you wish you could float?
