About This Newsletter

Hello everyone, I’m Samberine Everose and I'm here, one of your full-time editors in the Romance/Love Topic of the WDC Newsletter, and just like I've been saying I will not be tired in expressing my thankfulness to all the beautiful people here in this wonderful community of writers for not only helping us to improve our writings but giving us also encouragement and inspiration every day. *Smile*

In every romance story, whether it's in our fiction world or in our real world, there is always a conflict that can be served to be a good ingredient in the relationship or we may see it to be the cause to loose or be broken the ties. Sadly, most choose to be led on this solution-Divorce or separation, I wonder if this is the only solution?

Letter from the editor

Is Divorce can only be the solution?

I felt frightened before when I heard the news that they've already proposed in the congress about legalizing divorce here in the Philippines, even if this anti human relationship is becoming a trendy nowadays and maybe I'm just an old fashioned lady who can't still ready to face the changes of this world on becoming wild or I'm just being too emotional being a product of a broken family who knew who will be the first one who will suffer and affected most, but the said news states an alarming depressantion in our morality especially for the next generation.

Have we already forgotten that anyone which God unite can't not be separated by anyone, it's a commandment that we can find on the old testament and in the new testament because marriage is blessed by God, He is in favor on it, it's one of the first kinds of relationship He introduced to human after the creation before He rested on the seventh day.
So in other words the act of matrimony or marriage is not an act that we should be taken for granted, it's an act that we should think not only twice but many and we should be serious to face it. It's a serious relationship where miracles happen: when two become one and multiplication takes place after, it was witnessed and blessed by God before, until now and even tomorrow.

So any act that dissolves this pro human relationship like separation or divorce is an abomination to God and not following His will and great purposes.

Here are some things we should think about marriage.

*Tackb* Marriage is a serious relationship and not a kind of an arrangement only.
*Tackb* Marriage is not a one way relationship, it involves two person unite and becoming one, it's useless for a one sided love affair, even the love of the other person is greater than the other one.
*Tackb* Marriage will not amend anything to favor one's act of selfishness.
*Tackb* Marriage will not fix any result of consequences by the two parties involved.
*Tackb* Marriage is a union of a man and a woman who are in love with each other.

Legalizing divorce in congress and making it a legal rule to follow will not give a good solution to the different problems of the two parties involved in marriage, it will worsen it and will weaken marriage in its true real essence. *Heart*

Comments from our past Newsletter:

"Romance/Love Newsletter (June 24, 2020)Open in new Window.

Your June 24th newsletter creates a lot of scenerios for a romantic proposal. While my proposal to my wife, 51 years, 8 months, and 5 days ago wasn't very romantic, my wife says it was perfect. I was in the army, and with Vietnam going strong I had an unsure future.
We had dated for 3 years and had a favorite restaurant. I considered hiding the ring in a glass of wine or a desert, but changed my mind. I picked up my wife, rode to the city dock where we had spent many evenings just watching the boats coming and going. It seemed the right place for a proposal. I turned off the engine and looked at my wife. I guess I don't have a good poker face, because before I could say anything, she said, "Yes, of course I'll marry you." I never actually "asked" her. But it has worked out fine
