First of all, my reviews are intended to be helpful and encouraging, not hurtful in any way. Use what you feel works for you, and leave the rest. The Positives/What I Liked/Babbling I believe this is the first poll I've ever reviewed. I was drawn to it, however, because it has to do with writing for children, which is something I've always enjoyed. I also used to work in an elementary school library, and a public library, so I've had lots of access to children's books. I've thought a lot of about writing for children and adding something at the end of the book to make it more educational. But I think what you are referring to, is a little different. You are considering a second chapter to a children's storybook for adults only. This chapter would include parenting tips that would help educate the parent on the book's topic, which would help educate the child. Interesting! I've noticed you last modified this about four years ago, and I'm curious if you've ever followed through with this idea.  You've given nine options for this poll, which were interesting choices. When I took the poll, the results were shown and I happened to have chosen the most popular. Suggestions/Comments to ConsiderYou might consider changing the second sentence...I am thinking about a book geared towards 3 to 6 year old children. I am calling all the parents of small children. (or something like that.  ) Also, you might think about adding some genre categories to this, like Children and Writing.
