In A Life Of Hope [13+] My take on life today. Is it the same for everyone? |
Hi The Nazca Lines , This review is a part of "Game of Thrones" [13+]. Overall Impression: Your brief explanation asks of the reader if they feel about life the same way that you do. My answer is yes, pretty much. I could relate to what this poem expresses. One thing I sometimes wonder is that if my life were planned for me, why is it so difficult? If everyone's life is planned, why does what was planned for us all contain so much war, and pain, and suffering? Why not peace and prosperity for all? I, too, believe in God, and I do cling onto hope, but yes, it is tough at times. As this poem expresses, greed rules and evil dwells among us. On the technical side of things, this poem reads well. There's a nice rhyming scheme going on. Well done! Suggestions: I do have a couple of suggestions, dear author. I hope that you'll find them helpful. Stanza 4: It's a shame devils among us in hidden disguise. are among us, perhaps? General Suggestion: You use a little bit of punctuation in this poem. I suggest going for full punctuation. That would assist the overall clarity and help the reader catch on to its intended rhythm and flow. My Rating: This is a strong poem. As you can see, it provided me with food for thought. I did have a couple of suggestions. Nothing major, though. Therefore, I will give this item a rating of 4.5 out of 5. Thank you for sharing your work. Write on!
