*Sun* I enjoyed reading your mysterious flash fiction! It started out so calm and by the time I got to the end, I was surprised. Nice going! The title also stood out to me, and your description adds to the mysterious tone, too. This is always good to do to bring in the readers. You are also spot on with the genres!

*Sun* As for any feedback, I did hit a couple of spots that slowed the reading down for me. It's totally up to you if you want to edit it.

~With this part: "I ask," said the man noticing... I was confused with the 'I ask' because it doesn't match when he starts talking again. Maybe, 'I'm asking would fit better.

~The last paragraph stopped me for a second. With the quotation marks, I thought that maybe he was talking to someone in the house or something. I think that maybe it would have more impact if he is just thinking it in his head. After all he wouldn't want the neighbor to hear him talking out loud. *Wink*

*Sun* Overall, I thought it was a well-done mystery in this amount of a word count. It's not always easy to surprise or shock the reader with a short piece, but you did really well. One thing I always find with flash fiction is that they can always be the beginning of a larger story! It could even make for a good novel, too. *Wink*
