It is a rare kind of story that deals with a very uncommon genre of Genealogy. The writer uses Historical as another genre. Our past experiences say that it is not easy to create an interesting story if you do not have sufficient efficiency. It is an art to deal with this particular genre. But, the author is so efficient in handling the genre. Therefore, the story gets such kind of success. There is no doubt about it.
In this story, the writer deals with that era which we want to forget. The era of when black people do not have the right to live a free and fair life. They mainly become a slave.
In that era, James Briscoe is an exceptional personality. He fought hard against those unwanted situations which a black person generally faced. Despite those, he managed to establish his rights. But that was not so easy. If you have a strong determination, you must overcome it. That message is sent by the writer. It is a great inspiring message that the writer sends to us through this writing effort.
