This one showed up on 'read and review' and the title and brief description intrigued me enough to go on. I think you can pick two more genres, maybe 'community' and 'opinion'. Also, do pick an item type - maybe 'prose' or 'monologue'.

I like the beginning of the piece, and I like the piece itself. You make a very good point - we need not argue with each other, and we need not cheat systems, if we keep the collective goal in mind instead of our individual selfishness.

Suggestions:
1. This has the potential to be a full-fledged essay, with examples and different aspects brought out, if you'd like to expand it.
2. In terms of layout, maybe you'd like to look at font, size, line-spacing.
