I could not agree more with the sentiment in this poem. You are so right that women and men are equal. I like the comparisons and words you chose to make your point.

One thing you should definitely do is change the font size. This tiny font does your poem a disservice in two ways.

First, it's hard to read.

Second, the small font makes it appear as if you are intimidated by your own words. As if you are very carefully whispering them, but willing to shrink into nothing with those words if they get any kind of pushback.
I like the font style you chose, now pump up the size so that the message can be seen and project power as it should.
