Very informative rant. It sounded like a hoax from the beginning, mainly because you saw it on Youtube. Television news would have made a bigger deal of it if it were true. The tone of the piece is very conversational and frustrated. It was hard to read because of the paragraph structure. It would be easier if the paragraphs were shorter and organized better.
