oh my goodness! (claps hands in delight and awe) That is so scrumptious! I never, never expected that outcome, and I will tell you what I did expect: that the Narrator, after first one, then two, then three of his buds ran out and escaped the Manor, died in the attic--or somewhere in the house--and so became part of the manor, by his death. That's what I expected LOL.
From the very beginning, I was thinking, "I want this house. I want this house!" so the outcome was that much extra special to me! Loved the entire piece and how it turned out. Special!!
