Title: A night at Bidi's

First Impression: The first paragraph hooked me with the noise and the description of Bidi's house. Something is amiss in Bidi's house so Leroy, with the help of his friend, Bugs, goes to check it out.

What needs your attention: I suggest placing a paragraph break between the paragraphs to make this story easier to read.

What part I liked best: I like the way the cats acted because their response to not being fed in a couple of days was normal. I also like the way they fled the house. Cats are sensitive to things humans cannot detect and they will respond to unusual events by doing weird things. I also like the way Bidi is portrayed because she is shown in a way that makes her appear real and sympathetic.

Overall impression: The descriptions are part of the action and move the plot forward at a good pace. The interaction among the characters and the cats builds the suspense and the terror. Leroy and Bugs are well developed and sympathetic characters. The climax fits the story while deepening the mystery of what happened to Bidi. I enjoyed reading this chilling mystery.
