Review brought to you by: "Game of Thrones" by ShadowHawke Title of Work: A Farmer's Frustrations (Genre: Home/Garden) Author of Work: Bob retired Date: July 26 Plot: A farmer finds himself with nothing to do as he decides what he should do. Scene/Setting: It seems the farmer finds himself with nothing to do as his wife entertains guests for some crafting get together. He doesn't want to be around a house full of women doing women things. So he thinks about going to town, but nothing really to do there. He thinks about a friend but doesn't know if he is in town. Thinks about doing some stuff around the farm itself but doesn't seen any point because he never makes any money on it. He thinks of slaughtering an animal to provide for food but knows the pests will be thicker at the moment. In the end he just goes to town because he really doesn't want to be around all the women. Characters: Farmer Review: I like the short story. It was quick, right to the point and gave you the sense of what the farmer was feeling as he found himself in his predicament. Sometimes there are days that all of us have that we just can't quite figure out what to do but we know for sure we don't want to do what is left if we chose to do nothing else.
