The Disgruntled Planet [E] According to science, Pluto is no longer considered a planet. Says who? |
Hi Magoo , This review is a part of "Game of Thrones" [13+]. Overall Impression: I love this! Poor Pluto. Aye, I do feel sorry for that planet. How rude of Earth! It is true, though. We humans see it fit to name and define everything according to what we see fit. In a way, that makes sense, because it helps us make sense of everything around us. But then, there was a time when it was thought that animals can't feel pain. It's quite obvious now that they can. Yet there are still people who think that animals don't experience emotions, whilst, without anthropomorphising other species, for many others (myself included), it is clear that they do. It's even been discovered that plants can communicate with other plants, and pass on warnings. So, humans can be quite arrogant, really. I went off on a bit of a rant, then, sorry, but I guess that your poem made me think! I believe that to be a good thing. On the technical side of things, your poem reads well. I like your use of punctuation and capitalisation. Very helpful. It was easy to find the rhythm and the flow, and I liked your rhyming. Excellent job! Suggestions: I don't have any suggestions, dear author. Sorry about that. I know it's not helpful, but I can't spot any errors, nor do I see anything to improve upon. My Rating: This is a fun poem, and yet it made me think. I like that! I didn't have any suggestions. So, I'll give this item a rating of 5 out of 5. It deserves it. Thank you for sharing your work, and write on! Kit My review has been submitted for consideration in "Good Deeds Get CASH!" .
