the brigand charges toward you with a pike is his hand. You grab the side of the pike and throw him to the floor."try that again and i'll let you know what your insides look like" you say and continue to walk away.

"you coward!stand and fight!" the brigand says as he picks up a handaxe one of the other brigands has. "haaaaaa!!!" he screams and the axe gets caught in out knee "if your in such a hurry to die i'll be happy to oblige!" you say and pick up your quarterstaff. bolts of lightning can be seen and one word pops up in your head during the storm "thordain!!" you bellow and the brigand becomes ashes in your eyes.

"fair warning....if you get in my way you'll end up like him" you say and continue to search for the assassin. there's a fork in the road one leading into the forest and another goes southeast. which way do you go
