Side effects

You decide to sneak up on your uncle, just to scare him a little. You crouch low behind him, trying not to make any noise. Your uncle is just whistling away, without a clue...

BOO!
CRASH!

Your voice was so loud that it made your uncle drop the pan full of bacon in fright! He wheels around to see you, as stunned as he was.
"What the hell? That was you?" he asked.
"I guess." you reply, "Sorry about that, just wanted to scare you a little, not like this."
"Guess you did a good job..." your uncle replies. "Hey, have you gotten bigger?"
"Huh?" you ask. You notice that you are taller than your uncle, which is quite unnatural.
"Hey! I guess I did!" you say, secretly remembering the chocolate cake. All of a sudden, you start to get really tired.
"You don't look so good..." your uncle says. "Are you sick?"
"Now that you mention it...I am a little tired..." you say to him."
Should you lay down and go to bed, or go outside?
