You quickly grabbed her before she was able to escape.
"Whatever you do, don't listen to what she says." You said to Lauren. "I've known her even longer than you have, and trust me, the longer she talks the more you become her mindless servant."

Katie was of course, babbling and screaming but as you had said, you ignored all of it. You then went up into Lauren's ear and whispered,
"I know keeping her like this for a while isn't remotely legal, but it's not like anyone's gonna believe her when we change her back. In every practical way, she deserves this. But please, we have to destroy that remote when we're done."

"Alright..." Lauren whispered back.

You then pulled your head back and spoke more loudly so that Katie could hear you,
"Well, I think we should go right ahead to doing something with her." You turned to your current girlfriend and said, "What do you think, Laurass?"

Lauren chuckled and replied,
