You find a shirt at Sly's

"Let's get you a new set of threads," says Robbie as he slaps your shoulder.

He leads you into a store playing hip hop music. Funky lights and walls painted red with contrasting blue trim make you feel very uncomfortable. In this trendy place - even the name is trendy, 'Sly's' - you just know you won't find anything to fit - it'd be lucky if they even have extra-large, and you're sizes beyond that.

Robbie rifles through a rack of shirts and pulls one out. a dark blue T-shirt with a blazing fire design on the front. 'Here, try this on,' he says.

You look at the tag - hey, it's 2XL, but it seems cut really loose. You decides to give it a try - it's only a t-shirt, after all, and they stretch. And you'll be wearing more t-shirts here in California where it's warm all year long.

Robbie gestures towards the change rooms and you go try on the shirt.
