Chapter #6

A Dream

    by: Unknown
"Hello? Earth-to-Guy, are we clear for descent?" You suddenly snap out of your trance. "Huh, what?" "You were lost in thought for a second there, guy." You shake your head. "I was just thinking about...a possibility." She looks like she was about to ask what you meant when suddenly the sound of sirens fills your eardrums.

Atleast 20 police cars, SWAT trucks, and several helicopters are almost instantly on the scene. The Eevee-girl is now sitting up, dangerously close to you. "What's going on?" she says, with a certain amount of concern in her voice. Suddenly, a voice booms out of a megaphone. "Attention 'Alien.' You have 30 seconds to prove that you're not a threat to us, or we'll open fire." Your eye twitches. Are those guys serious? As if doing something like that could be described as "sane." "W-what?" says the Eevee girl, fear now in her voice. "I-I said I'm not going to hurt you guys!" "15 Seconds!" Your mind races. You're going to have to run sooner or later, lest you get riddled with bullets. "10 Seconds, alien." But you can't just abandon her! She's standing up now, looking like she's about to run. She could easily crush them, but you figure she's far too timid to murder. "5 Seconds!" "4, 3, 2..."

Suddenly, faster then you comprehend, you are grabbed by a large, fluffy hand and your entire world is spinning as she seems to sprint out of the city. The swat care give chase, but her giant feet slam down on the ground, toppling buildings with the sheer destructive weight of the impacts. They're stopped, and the Eevee girl has no difficulty dissapearing into a lush, tall forest.

Your head is spinning. You feel like throwing up, passing out, and screaming all at once. But as soon as it started, it's over, and you feel the tight grip loosen. Your jaw opens wide as you that you landed next to a giant eyeball, with eyelids that could easily throw you far away. "If I lay down on my back, then I'm not visible through the trees. So I thought it'd be a good llace to hide for now." You continue to stare at the eyeball, speechless. "Sorry about treating you so badly during the getaway. You're the only one who unserstands and I...can't lose you yet." You merely nod in understanding. "Why were those guy trying to kill me? I didn't do anything wrong!" "The government here isn't a big fan of aliens, I think. And besides, you're so big you could topple cities by tripping!" You feel the ground under you shift as her gigantic lips curl into a frown. "But that's not fair! I wasn't always this big! I was about as big as you, if I was back home." "Back home?"

She leans up slightly, sending you tumbling down her face until you hit her nose. "Yeah, back home. I'm not from here; I'm from a world where people like me are the norm, and humans are a mere myth." You listen in wonderment and curiousity as she explains the details of her world, that was essentially a version of our world dominated with pokewomen. "So if you're a myth in my world, how do you view me? As a myth?" You think for a moment. "No...we have games about you, I think." Her eyes light up. "Really?!" "Not you specifically, the...Pokepeople. And they're not human shaped, they're more like animals." She frowns. "Oh, dang. So we're not depicted at all like this?" You think about the few times that, yeah, people have drawn them like that, but figure that's worth bringing up later. "Nope."

"So, what do we do now?" you ask her out of curiosity

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. "Can we...play for a few minutes?"

*Noteb*
2. "We need to find out how to get me home, and fast!"

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
