Nathaniel grabbed and put on his now much tighter pair of workout shorts and walked back to Ormann.
"Well, Lets go!" Nathaniel exclaimed enthusiastically, but before he could even turn around to get to the door, there was a flash of light, and a very sudden change of surroundings. Ormann had transported them directly to the gym.
"Hey, I was going to the car..." Nathaniel said in a confused tone.
"Well, Nathaniel, I am able to get transport us much quicker than your car." Ormann replied in a calm voice.
Nathaniel turned around to face the genie, who now appeared totally prepared for a workout. He had on a tight tank top that showed off his massive, naturally tanned musculature, as well as a pair of gym shorts.
The two muscle men walked into the gym confidently. Nathaniel was eager to try out his newly grown muscles and see how strong he had become. Ormann followed Nathaniel through his routine of bench and pull ups, incline barbell press and seated rows and various other lifts. Nathaniel was shocked at how strong he had become, 220llbs felt like nothing on bench,which was more than he had ever done before, pullups were a breeze, he was easily pushing up two massive 100 pound dumbells for incline barbell press....everything felt lighter and easier to control. Ormann also worked in, easily matching Nathaniel in all his lifts, showing no signs of exhaustion from anything he did.
Nathaniel was thrilled by his new strength, and his muscular, strong body. He couldn't help but pose in the mirror, admiring his new size, thickness. He looked totally different in his buffed up body. Nathaniel watched the guys around him who, he knew, would have been much larger than him just the day before, as they went through their own routines. He was glad he didn't run into anyone he knew.
"This is so awesome Ormann" Nathaniel exclaimed "and I feel so great. "
"If you want you I can easily give you more" Ormann replied in a relaxed tone. Nathaniel paused for a second. "You know what would be really cool?" Nathaniel began...
