A Broken Antidote

Sam decided to go see Merlin about the antidote, he didn't feel that he should be too big. He trudged his 510 pound self down the stairs, to Merlin's office. Merlin was messing with some random potions and what not. He turned to see Sam and said,
"Whoa, didn't think you'd walk around in your birthday suit so soon!"
Sam didn't realize it but he got used to being naked with the mayor and forgot to get extra clothes before going to see Merlin. He blushed horribly.
"I was just kidding, you don't think I see enough guys your size walking around naked, there's thousands of them here! Anyway, hello Sam! I see you've fattened nicely!"
"Yeah, I'd say so!" Said Sam more comfortably.
"I assume the Mayor told you about the antidote to the potion?"
"Yes he did, that's why I'm here actually."
"Good, I've just finished making it from the potion you took."
He handed the potion over to Sam.
"Thanks a lot Merlin!" Said Sam.
"You're adjusting to this town faster than I thought!" Chuckled Merlin.
Sam laughed with Merlin a bit and turned around to leave. As he spun around, his gut swayed with all it's soft girth, and he continued out the door. Sam thought he would go back to his room and eat for a while more. As he was walking up the stairs the clock struck 10 o'clock, and Sam was about to gain another 15 pounds. Unfortunately, this would be the first time Sam had ever gained that weight standing up. As he gained his 15 pounds, his whole body got heavier than he expected, it didn't seem that heavy sitting down to him. His whole body shifted from the weight and he fell forward on the stairs. Sam tossed the bottle of antidote in the air to catch his fall with his hands, the bottle crashed to the stairs and shattered with a dull 'crash'.
"Dammit. How could I have fell so easily."
As Sam cursed himself, he stood back up, readjusted his new 525 pound body, and walked back down to Merlin's office. When he arrived Merlin was surprised to see him back so soon and said,
"Hey, back so soon?"
"Yeah, I had an accident." Sam said softly.
"What... kind of accident?" Said Merlin leaning his head forward.
