Defattening Richard

Richard keeps growing, and growing, and growing, AND GROWING! Soon he is as big as the kitchen and Adam has to run out of the room to avoid being rushed by the wall of fat that is Richard's stomach.
Adam ran out of his house and turned around to see it collapse as Richard grows bigger than it. The growing stops, Richard's bulk must have crushed the pump. He's huge, he looks like a giant pink blob with hands and a head poking out.
"Sorry about your house Adam," calls Richard in a low, deep tone," I'd like to go back to normal now."
Adam thinks for a minute and then says aloud," I wish that Richard was back to his normal weight and my house was fixed." The ring glowed.
Suddenly Richard began to shrink and the rubble of Adam's house begins to repair itself. Adam headed into his house and back into the kitchen where he sees Richard sitting on the now repaired floor with his clothes back on.
" Wow that was awsome." says Richard," But now I miss being fat."
" No problem. I wish that Richard and I weighed 300 pounds." says Adam. With that you and Richard inflate to 300 pounds.
" Thanks buddy." says Richard.
" No problem, what are friends for."
For the next hour Adam and Richard watched tv but then...
