The miracle of birth-Stomach edition

As Sakuyamon was birthing the last few eggs in her womb, a rumble made her pause. A familiar rumble.

"Oh, god. There's more?" asked Sakuyamon.

She started to swell, but a little bit higher up than before. Sakuyamon started to moan and groan in pain. Lumps were forming on her skin, becoming more and more prominent. The swelling met the size that the womb was before. Suddenly, as she was watching, all the lumps decreased, and the swell decreased a little. But then, she started to swell with new vigor. Bigger and bigger and bigger. Then a little bit smaller. Then bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. After a couple hours of this, and her swell the size of a wrecking ball, Sakuyamon figured out that the eggs were not in her womb, but in her stomach, and that it continued swelling because the eggs split in half once they couldn't grow any more. All during this, her breasts continued to grow, swelling, too, with milk. All of this was causing her great pain, but what overrode that was that she found the entire thing immensely erotic.
