Chapter #4Takuya and Kouji- not exactly chatterboxes but... by: Mizu   Mercurymon stepped forward. "While the female of the human species talks in great quantities, and small human children tend to whine, they may not be our best choice." Mercurymon then stopped to let his information soak in. "The ones called 'Takuya and Kouji' seem to quarrel a lot,therefore talking a lot, seem to be the major descision makers and leaders of the group,as well as the most powerful fighters, benefitting most from the gain in weight." Mercurymon then stepped back to join the other Dark Warriors. Cherubimon seemed thoughtful a moment, but then nodded. "Very Well Mercurymon. Your plan seems worthy. However, I know the child of light can be prone to not talking, and after fights they may not talk at all. If they do not fatten up, you WILL be punished." Cherubimon finished, leaving a nervous Mercurymon. "You all may leave now." The Dark Warriors bowed and then left Cherubimon's chambers. Alone, Cherubimon concentrated, his eyes glowing a deathly red, before stopping. "It is done."

Takuya, amazingly, woke first that morning...or so he thought. Kouji appeared to be sitting undeer the shade of a tree. Takuya sighed inwardly. It wasn't even hot yet. 'I guess I should apologize for before though...' he thought and walked over to join the boy in blue, who slightly glared at the approaching brunette. Takuya then plopped down next to Kouji and proceeded to make himself comfortable. He then spoke. "Kouji...I'm sorry for that little stunt I pulled last night, I guess I got a little carried away...I suppose I just got a little angry, I mean I only played soccer every day for ten years to see my flat stomach vanish in the wake of a layer of fat? I don't think so..." By now Kouji's face was thoughtful. "So i got mad when you called me fat, it not like I'm not though, but I shouldn't have called YOU fat, or made us strippers and a comedy show for the others...though it was pretty funny..." Takuya stopped to remember the moment. Strangely, his stomach started to push up on his shirt more... "It was..." Takuya was startled by Kouji's voice. "Funny that is. I just prolonged our little escapade, though, it wasn't just you Taku-kun. I was too parylyzed and embarassed to even resist you pulling my shirt off, or trying to get it back on, for that matter, and you don't have to beat around the bush, I'm as fat as you are." Kouji proved his point by latching onto a piece of flab, much like he did yesterday. Kouji didn't notice his own gut get flabbier. "The proof lies right here. Whatever are we going to do to lose all of this weight? We can't let a god-like body of yours deteriorate to that of a pig's!" Takuya squeeled at first, but then retaliated, grabbing onto a piece of Kouji's jiggley stomach. "But what about your great physique? You Adonis-like pecs and abdominals? Are we doomed to a Kouji with a potbelly?" They both laughed at their jokes and continued to poke, slap, or latch onto each other's rounded bellies...until they caught sight of a clueless looking Tommy and Zoe and J.P. about to burst out in a fit of giggles, causing deep blushes to rise forth from their faces, and immeadiate separation. "Did we interrupt something? Your secret relationship perhaps?" Zoe managed to say, with mock horror on her slightly pudgey features. "We're sorry. Go back to cuddling." 'Oh no.' Kouji thought and gulped. This was like last night. Takuya would never let something like this go by without retaliating. He looked over to see the familiar fire in the gogglehead's eyes and moaned inwardly. He was right. Takuya then got up and wrapped his arms around Kouji, causing him to go scarlet. He then had a look of mock horror on his face. "Oh no Kouji! Whatever are we to do? We have been found out, but our love shall prevail!" This caused Zoe and J.P. to fall over in laughter. This apparently happens a lot around here. Tommy was still clueless, and now Kouji was up and about to bop Takuya on the head when Tommy asked a question. "Are you two what they call ho-mo-sex-uals?" The boys in red and blue blushed and froze. J.P. and Zoe only laughed harder. Tommy was smiling in apparent understanding now. "You make a cute couple." Again, more laughing and more blushing. "...but who's gonna' wear the wedding dress? And how will you get children?" Everyone was silent after this, Takuya's and Kouji's blush more intense than ever. Then Zoe and J.P. commensed into the longest session of laughing ever, crying, snorting, and gasping for breath. Kouji and Takuya then looked at each other, and amazingly, joined in, leaving poor Tommy as confused as ever. Noone seemed to notice that Takuya's and Kouji's bellies had rounded.

Takuya sighed as he grabbed a meat apple. It had been a long day. After they had all recovered from their fits of laughter, and explaining some, ahem, 'things' to Tommy, they had gathered a huge amount of meat apples, and thrown a party. He burped and then chuckled. He felt the consequences, too. His pants felt tighter than ever. The gang may grow through rough spots, but they all meshed pretty well. Looking around, Takuya then discovered he and Kouji were the last ones awake. All the others, he realized, had retired at least half an hour ago. Kouji, like himself, was polishing off the last few meat apples, so he went over and sat next to the boy with ebony hair. This time, Kouji smiled at him, instead of glaring. "You know-" Takuya began, but stopped when he heard noises in the far end of camp. He looked at Kouji, who nodded at him, and they both got up to investigate.
Upon arrival they saw or heard no more, and found nothing after an investigation. They were about to leave when something strange happened...   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
