Pushed further into his navel, wet and covered ...

You phase in and out of consciousness for a few minutes, for only a few seconds each time. After what, by your estimation, feels to be roughly 20 minutes, you are fully awake and prepared to try again to free yourself, but notice your are not held in wiry black hair anymore, but are instead squeezed between two pieces of flesh and deep in warm water, which you guess is either sweat or left over water from his shower. You look up and out of the extending cave and see the ceiling of his living room and can hear distant muffled voices. From this, you understand that he is lying on his back, presumably watching his TV, though you are not certain if he is awake or not.

You gather the strength to push with your arms behind your back, emitting a cry which is loud to you but probably silent to the giant. You do eventually manage to squeeze out of the fleshy imprisonment, but cause a disturbance on the leviathan's abdomen. He makes a confused noise, like he was not aware what the feeling was but knew it came from the pit of his belly button. He pulled the skin above the navel back towards his face, in an attempt to investigate the sudden disturbance. But through hair, and a large part of the fleshy part of his navel, you remain unseen. He carries on to...
